Description:
We are seeking a highly organized Construction Manager to strategize, plan, and oversee high-end residential and boutique commercial construction projects. This is a full-time salaried position that is responsible for top-to-bottom execution of our projects: pre-construction estimating and scheduling; obtaining building permits; coordination with building officials; management of specialty subcontractors; material procurement; budget management; client communication; design communication; day-to-day jobsite oversight. This position should also be able to roll up their sleeves and get involved as needed. Our projects will range from Luxury Renovations, Specialty jobs, Historic Restorations, Boutique Commercial, Private Lake Houses, Custom Additions, to one-of-a-kind New Builds.
Requirements:
Relevant 4-year degree OR satisfactory work history; high attention to detail; high knowledge of residential construction processes and building systems; willing to learn new building technologies 10 experience is preferred.
